Vertical Development Community Benefits Workshop Series. Under the Community Benefits Agreement, Developer hosts workshops from time to time as part of a Vertical Development Community Benefits Workshop Series (as defined in the Community Benefits Agreement). These workshops have covered, or will cover, contracting opportunities relating to deconstruction and demolition, infrastructure, and vertical development, as well as general construction industry matters. Vertical Developer shall reasonably cooperate with Developer in conducting the Vertical Development Community Benefits Workshop Series that relate to the Project, including by providing information regarding the following items as they relate to the Project:
