VETERANS RIGHTS AND BENEFITS. A. The seniority rights of all employees who enlist or who are drafted pursuant to an appropriate law now in force, or to be enacted, shall be maintained during such period of military service. Each service employee shall have the right to reinstatement to his former position or to a position of equal status, at the salary rate previously received by him at the time of his induction into military service, together with all salary increases granted by the Employer to said employee's previous position during the period of such military service.
