VIOLATIONS OF REGULATIONS. NCSI may, in its sole discretion, close the Vendor’s exhibit display for failure to make payment prior to move-in and/or failure to comply with any laws, regulations, fire codes, venue rules or show policies. In such event Vendor will not receive or be entitled to a refund of any fee consideration paid or payable to NCSI and NCSI shall not be liable for any damages, consequential or otherwise, or compensation to Vendor of any kind.
VIOLATIONS OF REGULATIONS. CTA may take enforcement action at its discretion, up to and including closing Exhibitor’s booth, for violation by Exhibitor of CES Rules and Regulations or Exhibitor’s breach of the terms of this Contract. If CTA shuts down Exhibitor’s booth due to Exhibitor violating CES Rules and Regulations, Exhibitor will not receive a refund or damage compensation from CTA. Repeated violations may result in Exhibitor being banned from participation in CES, including future shows.
VIOLATIONS OF REGULATIONS. In that Regulations are standards of conduct, members and employees will be held accountable for violations of Regulations. Initiation of investigations of alleged violations of Policies or Regulations will be documented in the form of an Initial Notice of Inquiry INOI B. Violations of Other Written Directives: In that General Orders, Policy and Procedures, Supervisory Directives and Special Orders are work rules, violations of these Directives will be documented in the employee's supervisory notebook unless investigated pursuant to 5.6.
VIOLATIONS OF REGULATIONS. TC may shut down Client's space due to Client violating TC rules and regulations. Client will not receive a refund or damage compensation from TC. Rules will be made available upon request.
VIOLATIONS OF REGULATIONS. (1) The Board shall immediately take all necessary steps to ensure that Bank management corrects each violation of law, rule or regulation cited in the XXX and in any subsequent Report of Examination. The quarterly progress reports required by Article II of this Agreement shall include the date and manner in which each correction has been effected during that reporting period.
(2) Within ninety (90) days, the Board shall adopt, implement, and thereafter ensure Bank adherence to specific procedures to prevent future violations as cited in the XXX and shall adopt, implement, and ensure Bank adherence to general procedures addressing compliance management which incorporate internal control systems and education of employees regarding laws, rules and regulations applicable to their areas of responsibility.
(3) Within ninety (90) days of receipt of any subsequent Report of Examination which cites violations of law, rule, or regulation, the Board shall adopt, implement, and thereafter ensure Bank adherence to specific procedures to prevent future violations as cited in the XXX and shall adopt, implement, and ensure Bank adherence to general procedures addressing compliance management which incorporate internal control systems and education of employees regarding laws, rules and regulations applicable to their areas of responsibility.
(4) The Board shall ensure that the Bank has policies, processes, personnel, and control systems to ensure implementation of and adherence to the procedures developed pursuant to this Article.
VIOLATIONS OF REGULATIONS. Any vehicle violating any parking regulations may be impounded and/or removed from the parking facilities at the option of the Landlord and at the expense of the vehicle owner.
