Parking Regulations. Residents must display a University Parking Permit in order to park in the Arlington Park parking lots. Arlington Park has an "Open" parking policy, which means, "first come first served". All visitors must purchase a daily permit from Parking Services.
Parking Regulations. User shall become aware of, and comply with, all University parking regulations and rules. User and User’s associates shall be subject to those rules and regulations. No dedicated or reserved parking spaces are available. Unless specifically written otherwise on the Reference Page, User is not gaining limited or exclusive access to any parking lots or facilities.

Users shall park electric foot scooters on blocks without sidewalks only if the travel lane(s) and 6- foot pedestrian clear zone are not impeded. g. Users shall not park electric foot scooters in the landscape zone directly adjacent to or within the following areas, such that access is impeded: i. Bus stop clear zones - a bus stop clear zone of 40 feet long by 8 feet wide for transit stops served by only one route. When signage indicates the presence of two or more bus routes at a transit stop, an additional 40 feet of curb length per route should remain clear; ii. Loading zones; iii. Disabled parking zone; iv. Street furniture that requires pedestrian access (for example - benches, parking pay stations, bus shelters, transit information signs, etc.); v. Curb ramps; vi. Entryways; and

S-44-1 PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS‌ An ST employee may have his/her performance evaluated annually according to Employer guidelines by his/her immediate supervisor, who occupies a higher level position than the rated employee, and by his/her reviewing authority. The Performance Review Program is designed to provide supervisory feedback on job performance, motivate the employee to improve his/her performance in the future, and to reinforce those activities which meet or exceed supervisory standards. It is, therefore, essential that a great deal of care be given to completing the performance evaluation for each individual. Performance Evaluation Forms are available in Human Resources. Supervisors may utilize any attachments or modified evaluation forms that have been approved by Human Resources and provided to the ST Association. The supervisor shall discuss the results of the performance evaluation in person with the employee. If an employee desires to respond to the results of the performance evaluation, the employee should submit a response in writing to the supervisor within five (5) working days of the date that the review is discussed. A copy of the written communication concerning the response should be sent to the Employee Relations Office, and the Association. The written response will be attached to the evaluation form when it is filed in the employee's personnel file. The employee may also request a Special Conference. S-45-1 TRAINING OR DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES‌ When training or development opportunities are made available by the Employer on shifts other than the employee's regularly assigned shift, the employees shall be notified. The employees selected for the program who wish to participate shall be temporarily rescheduled to accommodate the training program. Parking Regulations. The NCAC has a total of fifty (50) parking spaces, consisting of thirty-five (35) permit spaces (including four [4] marked for compact cars) and twelve (12) metered spaces and three (3) handicapped spaces in the Property parking lot, which is Lot #51 and is immediately adjacent to the Premises (the “Property Parking Lot”). The Landlord acknowledges that it will not decrease the total number of parking spaces in the Property Parking Lot during the Lease Term, but Landlord reserves the right to reconfigure the parking lot and/or increase the parking spaces. For the permit parking spaces, annual parking permit fees shall be in accordance with the schedule previously referenced as Exhibit B and be billed separately. Parking permit fees are not prorated and will change over the Term of the Lease at the discretion of the Landlord. All annual parking permits issued will be billed on a monthly basis and are not returnable with the exception of permits which are transferred. There will be a $25.00 transfer fee assessed for all annual permits which are to be reissued unless: 1) the old permit or remnants of the old permit is returned displaying the lot number and the permit number minimally; or 2) proof that the vehicle was sold by producing a bill of sale.
