Common use of Vision Care Insurance Clause in Contracts

Vision Care Insurance. During the term of this Agreement, the District will provide vision care insurance at no cost to each covered employee and his or her eligible dependents. Insurance coverage is currently provided through Vision Service Plan (VSP) and the benefits are subject to the terms of the policy between the District and the insurance company.

Vision Care Insurance. During the term of this Agreement, the District DISTRICT will provide vision care insurance at no cost to each covered full time employee and his or her eligible dependentsdependents which includes buy-up options available for purchase by the employee. Insurance coverage is currently provided through the Vision Service Plan (VSP) and the benefits are subject to the terms of the policy between the District DISTRICT and the insurance company. No Plan benefits may be changed without meeting and conferring with the UNION.
