Common use of Vision Care Insurance Clause in Contracts

Vision Care Insurance. County Fire agrees to pay the premium for vision care insurance for non-safety employees and their dependents, as offered through the County and as approved by the County’s Human Resources Division Chief, Employee Benefits & Services.

Vision Care Insurance. County Fire agrees to pay the premium for vision care insurance for non-safety regular employees assigned to the Unit and their dependents, as offered through the County and as approved by the County’s Human Resources Employee Benefits and Services Division Chief, Employee Benefits & Services.

Vision Care Insurance. County Fire agrees to pay the premium for vision care insurance for non-safety employees and their dependents, as offered through the County and as approved by required pursuant to applicable law (e.g., FMLA). If an employee is no longer eligible for County-paid vision care insurance, the County’s Human Resources Division Chief, Employee Benefits & Servicesemployee will have the option of enrolling in COBRA continuation coverage.
