Vision Care Program. (a) The Employer will offer vision benefits to all eligible full time and part time employees of the bargaining unit. Vision benefits to all eligible full time and part time employees shall become effective on the first day of the month after one (1) month of employment. (b) Employees will participate in an open enrollment process and select coverage in the new “My Choice” Benefits program. The Employer will offer the same program on the same basis and terms to bargaining unit employees.
