Common use of Vision Care Program Clause in Contracts

Vision Care Program. For those individuals who are enrolled in the Extended Health Care Plan under Article 15.01, the Company shall pay the premium cost of the Vision Care Plan which provides reimbursement of up to three hundred ($300.00) dollars per insured individual every twenty-four (24) months. The Company further agrees to grandparent those individuals who are not enrolled in the Extended Health Care Plan by maintaining their reimbursement of three hundred ($300.00) dollars per individual to June 30, 2010

For those individuals who are enrolled in the Extended Health Care Plan under Article 15.0113.01, the Company shall pay the premium cost of the Vision Care Plan which provides reimbursement of up to three hundred dollars ($300.00) dollars per insured individual every twenty-four (24) monthsmonths for the purchase of corrective eyewear. The Company further agrees to grandparent those individuals who An additional maximum reimbursement of $50 will be provided during each 24-month period for the cost of the eye exam, unless the costs are not enrolled covered by a government health plan in the Extended Health Care Plan by maintaining their reimbursement of three hundred ($300.00) dollars per individual to June 30, 2010employee’s home province.
