Vision Service. The Board shall purchase, through the Vision Service Plan of Ohio or a carrier licensed by the State of Ohio, vision care insurance coverage which meets or exceeds the specifications shown below and OVS Plan E for each member, now or hereinafter employed, and his or her eligible dependents. The full cost of this coverage and any increases thereof shall be paid by the Board.   • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • Vision Care Services For purposes of coordination of benefits, vision care services covered under other plans are not considered an allowable expense, as defined in the Coordination of Benefits and Subrogation in Section 7.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings.   • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Food Service If the Charter School offers food services on its own or through a third-party contract, the Charter School may apply directly to, and if approved, operate school nutrition programs with reimbursement from the United States Department of Agriculture, under supervision of the Tennessee Department of Education.

  • Vision Care Effective July 1, 2000, the District shall provide all full-time employees and their dependents with Vision Service Plan (VSP) Plan C. This plan shall provide for a comprehensive exam and new lenses every 12 months, and new frames every 12 months. All other services will be pursuant to the standard VSP plan description, except that it will reimburse up to $50 for examinations by non-panel providers. There shall be a $10 annual deductible on materials only. In addition, the following vision plan enhancements shall take place effective July 1, 2000: $60 wholesale frame allowance; computer glasses; progressive lenses, tints, and UV coatings.
