VISITING MEMBERS. When a member of the IEAust visits outside Australia in a location/country where the IEEE or IEE has a Section, Chapter or Branch, or where a member of the IEE or IEEE visits a location where IEAust has a Division, Chapter or Branch, for a period not exceeding one year, those members shall be given the opportunity to avail themselves of the facilities, services and programs of the other institutions under the same conditions as those granted to members of the host institution. To arrange for the privileges of a visiting member, the member’s home institution should submit a written request to the host institutions shown at the end of this document, providing details of the visiting member. Upon arrival, the visiting member should present the host institutions with a letter of introduction or membership card, for identification purposes. The host institution will then register the visiting member to entitle them to member privileges during their visit.

Upon arrival, the visiting member should present the host institution with their membership card, for identification purposes.
VISITING MEMBERS. Accepted Deposited Vacations are issued in the name of the Member signing the Accepted Vacation Form. The Host Residence may be used by the Visiting Member or his or her Unaccompanied Guests.

  • Members (a) A Person shall be admitted as a Member and shall become bound by, and shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by, the terms of this Agreement if such Person purchases or otherwise lawfully acquires any Share, and such Person shall become the Record Holder of such Share, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.   • Recipient’s Representative; Addresses 6.01. The Recipient’s Representative referred to in Section 7.02 of the Standard Conditions is the Minister of Finance.

  • Exchange Teaching An employee on continuing or professional service contract may be granted a leave of absence for one year for the purpose of exchange teaching. Exchange teaching shall be limited to accredited public school systems, colleges and universities or similar institutions. The cooperating school system, college or university must furnish an employee to take the place of the employee released by the Board. The released employee shall draw full salary plus the value of any supplements performed by the cooperating employee. Application for exchange teaching for the next school year must be made by April 15.

  • Associate Members An Associate Member is any government or regulatory agency that has an interest in the development of oneM2M Technical Specifications and Technical Reports. The list of the Associate Members will be maintained by the Secretariat and visible to all oneM2M Participants.

  • Initial Members The initial Members of the LLC, their initial capital contributions, and their percentage interest in the LLC are as follows: Members Percentage Interest in LLC Capital Contribution (If any)

  • Owner’s Designated Representative Prior to the start of construction, Owner will identify the Owner’s Designated Representative (ODR), who has the express authority to act and bind the Owner to the extent and for the purposes described in the Contract, including responsibilities for general administration of the Contract.

  • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

  • City’s Representative The City hereby designates Xxx Xxxxx, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“City’s Representative”). City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract. Consultant shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the City’s Representative or his or her designee.
