Visits by Non-Employee Association Representatives. Authorized non-employee representative(s) of the Association shall have reasonable access to Employer facilities that are not otherwise restricted, for reasonable periods of time to conduct Association business related to administration and enforcement of this Agreement, provided that such visits shall not interfere with orderly and efficient business operations.
