Voltage Fluctuations. The Utility’s flicker standard is defined as: Any system or load shall not affect the voltage of other Utility customers to such an extent that the disturbance is perceived and irritating to other customers. This is approximately a 2-3 volt dip on a 120 volt basis for a very short period of time. Exhibit A-1 GRICUA HOLD TAG AND CLEARANCE PROCEDURE FOR DISTRIBUTED GENERATION Definition A GRICUA hold tag is defined as: “THE DISABLING OF A RECLOSING OPERATION OF A BREAKER OR LINE RECLOSER”. The Hold Tag is used to aid in protection of personnel working on or near energized equipment, whereby REENERGIZING of a line is disabled. When a Hold Tag for a circuit is in effect, if the circuit BREAKER OR LINE RECLOSER trips open, it prevents RECLOSING OF A BREAKER OR RECLOSER until it is verified that all personnel are in the clear AND THE CREW CANCELS THE HOLD TAG.

Voltage Fluctuations. Facility Owner shall ensure that the connection of the Facility to the CEB System does not result in the level of fluctuation of the supply voltage on the CEB System at the Interconnection Boundary, measured at the Point of Delivery, exceeding limits set out below.

  • Outages 9.7.1.1 Outage Authority and Coordination. Interconnection Customer and Transmission Owner may each in accordance with Good Utility Practice in coordination with the other Party and Transmission Provider remove from service any of its respective Interconnection Facilities, System Protection Facilities, Network Upgrades, System Protection Facilities or Distribution Upgrades that may impact the other Party’s facilities as necessary to perform maintenance or testing or to install or replace equipment. Absent an Emergency Condition, the Party scheduling a removal of such facility(ies) from service will use Reasonable Efforts to notify one another and schedule such removal on a date and time mutually acceptable to the Parties. In all circumstances, any Party planning to remove such facility(ies) from service shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect on the other Parties of such removal.

  • Shift Differential The shift differential for employees working on assigned shifts which begin before 6:00 A.M. or which end at or after 7:00 P.M. shall be sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour for all hours worked on that shift. Such shift differential shall be in addition to the employee's regular rate of pay and shall be included in all payroll calculations, but shall not apply during periods of paid leave. Employees working the regular day schedule who are required to work overtime or who are called back to work for special projects shall not be eligible for the shift differential.

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.
