Voluntary Assumption of Risk. I acknowledge and agree that I and the Child are participating voluntarily at our own risk. I acknowledge and agree that the actions or activities of other customers or the actions or inactions of Sky Zone Facility employees could cause me or the Child significant bodily injury (as described in this Agreement), and that SZ is not responsible for the actions or activities of customers using the Sky Zone Facility or the negligence of its employees in supervising the Sky Zone Facility or its usage, including actions, activities, or omissions that result in such harm. Some of the risks include, but are not limited to, the following:
Voluntary Assumption of Risk. Consultant acknowledges that the Services that he is required to perform under this Agreement include inherent dangers, including the risk of serious bodily injury and/or death. Consultant understands, assumes and accepts all risks associated with the performance of the Services and herby releases Company from any liability whatsoever related to the performance of the Services.

I hereby acknowledge that participation in the Activities, use of Facilities and Equipment or Transportation Authorization may be dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage, which may be caused by the action, inaction or negligence of the participant or the action, inaction or negligence of others, including the City. Nonetheless, I, for myself and on behalf of my Child, assume full responsibility for all risk of all bodily injury, death or property damage sustained while my Child or I participate(s) in the Activities, use the Facilities and Equipment or arising out of Transportation Authorization.

The Player acknowledges and agrees that: Australian Football is a vigorous body contact sport in which physical injury is likely to occur from time to time; The Player nonetheless desires to play Australian Football for the Club; The Player personally accepts the risk both physical and legal of injury arising in the course of training for and participating in a game of Australian Football; The Player will disclose to the Club any physical or mental condition or ailment that could affect the ability of the Player to carry out the Player’s obligations under this Playing Contract; and The Player will, on request by the Club, complete any reasonable questionnaire concerning the medical condition of the Player presented to the Player by the Club.

Voluntary Assumption of Risk. I acknowledge and agree that I and the Child are using PA Facilities and participating in PA Programs (whether or not at PA Facilities) voluntarily at our own risk. I acknowledge and agree that the actions or activities of other participants or the actions or inactions of PA respective employees and volunteers could cause me or the Child significant bodily injury (as described in this Agreement), and that the PA is not responsible for the actions or activities of participants using PA Facilities, or any other facility or location where PA Programs are held, or the negligence of its employees and volunteers in supervising PA Facilities or their usage, or any other facility or location where PA Programs are held, or their usage, including actions, activities, or omissions that result in such harm. I acknowledge and agree that the actions or activities of other customers or the actions or inactions of BOLDER employees could cause me or the Child significant bodily injury (as described within), and that BOLDER is not responsible for the actions or activities of customers using BOLDER Attractions or the negligence of its employees in supervising BOLDER Attractions, including actions, activities, or omissions that result in such harm. Xxxxxx acknowledges that the Services that he is required to perform under this Agreement include inherent dangers. including the risk of serious bodily injury and/or death. Xxxxxx understands, assumes and accepts all risks associated with the performance of the Services and hereby releases Seafarer from any liability whatsoever related to the performance of the Services.

Some of the risks include, but are not limited to, the following:
Voluntary Assumption of Risk. 16.1 Entry to the Venue is at your own risk. You understand that your attendance at the Event may carry with it certain dangers, including the risk of injury or illness (including but limited to any injury or illness related to or caused by COVID-19) and damage to you and your property. By attending the Event and entering the Venue, you accept the risk of damage and loss (including property damage, personal injury, economic and consequential loss) howsoever arising (including by negligence) at the Event.
16.2 You shall be responsible for the safety and security of all your belongings brought into the Venue. Yours & Owls accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of or to your possessions or property at the Event.
