Common use of Voluntary Leave of Absence Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Leave of Absence. When the requirements of the Company permit an employee, upon written request through his immediate Station Manager, may be granted a Voluntary Leave of Absence without pay for a period not exceeding six (6) months.

Voluntary Leave of Absence. When the requirements of the Company permit permit, an employee, employee upon written request through his his/her immediate Station Manager, supervisor may be granted a Voluntary Leave voluntary leave of Absence absence without pay for a period exceeding fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days but not exceeding six one (61) monthsyear. Time off requests for less than fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days will be handled in accordance with Article 7.05.
