Voluntary On-Call. 4 Employees on a regular work schedule may volunteer to be placed on on-call duty 5 beyond their regularly scheduled work day or work week and may be assigned an answering device 6 for on-call purposes to avail themselves of the opportunity to receive additional pay. Any such 7 employee on voluntary on-call status may refuse to report if called.
