Common use of Voluntary Payroll Deduction of Political Contributions Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Payroll Deduction of Political Contributions. Each Member hereby authorizes and directs the Employers to deduct from their pay the sum of five cents ($0.05) for each hour worked, as a contribution to the Political Action Together-Political Committee (PAT-PC) of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades. Each Employer agrees to make payments to the Political Action Together-Political Committee (PAT-PC) of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades for each employee covered by this Agreement, as follows:
