Safety Incentive. Safety incentive paycheck issued in accordance with the Employer’s written safety program shall not be counted as incentive pay, and payment of such shall be allowed as provided in the Employer’s written safety program.
Safety Incentive. All employees covered under this Agreement who work safely in accordance with all safety rules, have no lost time accidents or OSHA recordable injury in a contract year, shall receive a safety incentive on September 30th through the duration of this Agreement. The incentive shall be administered as follows:
Safety Incentive. The City may, upon approval of the City Manager, implement a safety incentive, customer service incentive or other incentive programs with the goal of improving service to citizens, improving health and safety of employees, or reducing liability. Said incentive programs may include monetary awards or awards of merchandise to employees with awards based on employee performance. Total expenditures for the incentive programs for all departments may not exceed $5,000 per fiscal year.
Safety Incentive. Effective December 1, 2015, employees in the following titles, Custodians, Facility Maintenance Workers, Oakridge employees, Traffic Warden, and Security Officer covered under this agreement who work safely in accordance with all safety rules, and have no lost time accidents or OSHA recordable injury in a year, shall receive a safety incentive on December 1, 2016. Should all members achieve the safety incentive, then those who achieved the safety incentive shall receive the additional group incentive amount as stated below. The incentive shall be administered annually as follows: 1-5 $200 $150 6-10 $250 $200 11- $300 $250 15 16- $350 $300 20 21- $400 $350 25 26- $450 $400 30 30+ $500 $450 Years refer to the number of years of safe work in succession. The incentive is capped at 30 years. Employees who are disciplined for violation of a safety rule but who work without a lost time accident or OSHA recordable injury will receive 50% of the initiatives. Years prior to 12/1/2015 do not count for purposes of determining the incentive.

The incentive is capped at 30 years. Employees who are disciplined for violation of a safety rule but who work without a lost time accident or OSHA recordable injury will receive 50% of the incentives. Years prior to 10/1/12 do not count for purposes of determining the incentive. Employees hired into the bargaining unit during the term of this Agreement who were covered under a different collective bargaining agreement with a Safety Incentive program will have years counted if consecutive with years under this Agreement.
Safety Incentive. The Employer shall issue a $ 500.00 payment (grossed up) to all regular full-time employees in a paid status each fiscal year that the Employer meets its Safety Metric. Such payment is subject to completion of the Port’s annual audit and verification by audit that the Safety Metric was achieved.
Safety Incentive. The Employer shall convert the Safety Incentive program nationwide and provide a $.06 increase to all drivers in California and Chicago upon ratification.
Safety Incentive. The Company will pay an annual incentive for safety. The goals will be established by the Company and the payout will be $100 at Threshold, $200 at Target and $300 at Maximum.
Safety Incentive. Effective October 1, 2020, every employee group who has no OSHA recordable injuries in a year shall receive an additional $250 per employee, payable at the end of each injury-free year.
Safety Incentive. On or about December 1st of the first year of this agreement, each employee who fulfilled the required sixteen (16) safety training hours in the last twelve months shall receive $100.00. In addition, employees who have zero job injuries, no preventable accidents or property damage over the same period of time shall receive an additional $135. In the following year the time period for the training, zero accidents, injuries and property damage calculation shall be July 1 through June 30th of the year preceding the December 1st payment.
