VOLUNTEER DAY. (a) Each 12 months, an Employee (excluding a Temporary or Casual Employee) may take 1 day of leave with pay to provide volunteer services to a nominated charity of the ING Foundation. This leave will be in accordance with the Company’s policies as amended from time to time.
VOLUNTEER DAY. Does not apply to casual employees with less than six (6) months continuous service.
