Wage Statement. The Employer agrees to furnish each employee with a wage statement showing period covered, name of employee, hours worked, overtime if any, total amount of wages paid, and to list deduc­ tions made. Wage statements shall be furnished each! pay day; provided, however, that upon termination of employment the employee will be furnished a statement for final payment when final wage payment is made. at all times.
