Schedule Adjustments. Where a part-time employee knows absolutely that he or she is not going to be available for work, he or she may request a schedule adjustment. Each part-time employee may request up to six (6) schedule adjustments per calendar year. All such requests must be submitted to Scheduling at least two (2) weeks in advance.

The regular seven and one-half (7 ½) hour workday shift will end at 5:00 p.m. By mutual agreement between the Employer and the employee, individual adjustments can be made to the usual shift start and end time. If a regular employee requests and is granted a reduced regular workweek, overtime may be subject to negotiations.
