Waiver of Appraisal. Except as required by paragraph C.3. of this Article, the Government may waive the requirement for an appraisal pursuant to this paragraph if it determines that an appraisal is unnecessary because the valuation is uncomplicated and that the estimated fair market value of the real property interest is $10,000 or less based upon a review of available data. In such event, the Government and the Non-Federal Sponsor must agree in writing to the value of such real property interest in an amount not in excess of $10,000.
Waiver of Appraisal. Except as required by paragraph C.1.b. of this Article, the Government may waive the requirement for an appraisal pursuant to this paragraph if, in accordance with 49 C.F.R. Section 24.102(c)(2):
(1) the owner is donating the real property interest to the Non- Federal Sponsor and releases the Non-Federal Sponsor in writing from its obligation to appraise the real property interest, and the Non-Federal Sponsor submits to the Government a copy of the owner’s written release; or
(2) the Non-Federal Sponsor determines that an appraisal is unnecessary because the valuation problem is uncomplicated and the anticipated value of the real property interest proposed for acquisition is estimated at $25,000 or less, based on a review of available data. When the Non-Federal Sponsor determines that an appraisal is unnecessary, the Non-Federal Sponsor shall prepare the written waiver valuation required by 49 C.F.R. Section 24.102(c)(2) and submit a copy thereof to the Government for approval. When the anticipated value of the real property interest exceeds $10,000, the Non-Federal Sponsor must offer the owner the option of having the Non-Federal Sponsor appraise the real property interest.
Waiver of Appraisal. Each Stockholder hereby irrevocably waives, and agrees not to exercise, any rights of appraisal or rights of dissent from the Merger that such Stockholder may have with respect to the Subject Shares.
Waiver of Appraisal. RIGHTS Shareholder hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives, and agrees to cause to be waived and to prevent the exercise of, any rights of appraisal, any dissenters rights and any similar rights relating to the Merger or any related transaction that Shareholder or any other Person may have by virtue of the ownership of any outstanding shares of Company Common Stock or other security Owned by Shareholder.
Waiver of Appraisal. The laws of South Carolina provide that in any real estate foreclosure proceeding a defendant against whom a personal judgment is taken or asked may within thirty days after the sale of the Property apply to the court for an order of appraisal. The statutory appraisal value as approved by the Court would be substituted for the high bid and may decrease the amount of any deficiency owing in connection with the transaction. THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY WAIVES AND RELINQUISHES THE STATUTORY APPRAISAL RIGHTS WHICH MEANS THE HIGH BID AT THE JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE SALE WILL BE APPLIED TO THE DEBT REGARDLESS OF ANY APPRAISED VALUE OF THE PROPERTY.

When the Non-Federal Sponsor determines that an appraisal is unnecessary, the Non-Federal Sponsor shall prepare the written waiver valuation required by 49 C.F.R. Section 24.102(c)(2) and submit a copy thereof to the Government for approval.
Waiver of Appraisal. Except as required by paragraph 13.d, GLNPO may waive the requirement for an appraisal to determine the value of a real property interest for crediting purposes if it determines that an appraisal is unnecessary because the valuation is uncomplicated and that the estimated fair market value of the real property interest is $10,000 or less based upon a review of available data. In such event, GLNPO and the Non-Federal Sponsor must agree in writing to the value of the real property interest in an amount not to exceed $10,000.
Waiver of Appraisal. If any individual Partner, if any, shall die, any inventory and appraisement of the property of the Partnership right provided for under Florida law, or any similar provision of law which may be enacted in substitution therefor, is hereby waived by all Partners and the Interest of such Partner in the Partnership shall be settled and disposed of as provided in this Partnership Agreement.

When the anticipated value of the real property interest exceeds $10,000, up to a maximum of $25,000, the Non-Federal Sponsor must offer the owner the option of having the Non-Federal Sponsor appraise the real property interest.
Waiver of Appraisal. Borrower acknowledges that, prior to the transaction evidenced by the Note and this Instrument, Xxxxxxxx was notified in writing that the “Waiver of Appraisal” provision set forth on the signature page of this Instrument would be required, and Borrower does hereby ratify and agree to said provision, all in accordance with the requirements of South Carolina Code Section 29-3-680(B).
