Walk-Through Inspection/Completion Escrow. Buyer may conduct a “walk throughinspection of the Property prior to Settlement. The walk-through shall take place no later than four days after Buyer’s receipt of the notice of Substantial Completion. The walk- through inspection shall only be for the purpose of identifying any minor corrective or repair work (“Minor Repair Work”) that needs to be completed. Seller agrees to undertake and complete such Minor Repair Work. If, as of Settlement, Minor Repair Work remains, this shall not change Buyer’s obligation to complete Settlement by the Settlement Deadline. Seller will not escrow funds at Settlement for completion of any Minor Repair Work or Common Area Improvements.

Walk-Through Inspection/Completion Escrow. Not less than [ ] 7 DAYS [ ] DAYS prior to Settlement, Buyer may conduct a "walk-through" inspection of the Residence. If, as of Settlement, minor work remains to be completed, corrected or replaced on the Residence, then Buyer, pending completion of such work, may withhold in escrow at Settlement, a reasonable amount agreed to by Seller and Buyer (or such other amount as is required by the Lender) sufficient to pay for completion of such work. If such work is not completed within [ ] 30 DAYS [ ] DAYS after Settlement, the amount so escrowed may, at Buyer's option, be released to Buyer as liquidated and agreed damages for failure to complete. The failure of Buyer to conduct a walk-through inspection prior to Settlement shall not constitute a waiver by Buyer of the right to receive on the date of possession, the Residence as required under Section 12.

  • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Project Completion Part 1 – Material Completion

  • Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Final Completion The full and final completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
