War-Risk Insurance. War risk and allied perils insurance on the Aircraft in an amount not less than the Stipulated Loss Value covering the perils of:
War-Risk Insurance. If at any time (a) war-risk insurance is maintained by Lessee or any Permitted Sublessee subleasing the Aircraft or any Engine with respect to other aircraft operated by Lessee or such Permitted Sublessee on the same or similar routes, (b) the Aircraft is operated on routes where the custom in the United States commercial airline industry is to carry war-risk insurance, (c) the Aircraft is operated by a Permitted Foreign Air Carrier as a Permitted Sublessee in any recognized or threatened area of hostilities, or (d) the Aircraft is operated on any route where no other aircraft is regularly operated by a United States commercial airline and such route is within any such area of hostilities, then war-risk and allied perils insurance of the type carried by similarly situated United States commercial air carriers operating the same or comparable models of aircraft on the same or similar routes shall be maintained on the Aircraft in an amount not less than that specified in Section 11.2.
War-Risk Insurance. During the Lease Term, Lessee shall maintain (or cause to be maintained), at no expense to Lessor War-Risk and Allied Perils Aviation Hull (including Spare Parts, Engines and Equipment) Insurance on an Agreed Value basis, which shall be not less than the Stipulated Loss Value. Such policy shall (i) insure against those perils excluded under Lessee's All Risks Hull and Spares policy(ies) by virtue of Lloyd's of London Exclusion Clause AVN.48B ("War, Hijacking and Other Perils Exclusion Clause") or its equivalent (other than paragraph (b) thereof relating to nuclear perils), (ii) provide for payment in U.S. Dollars, (iii) contain a 50/50 clause in accordance with Lloyd's of London Aviation Clause AVS.103 or its equivalent, (iv) be endorsed to include coverage for confiscation, requisition, nationalization, seizure, restraint, detention, appropriation, requisition of title or for use by any Governmental Authority (except for the government of registry) of the In-Use Aircraft, (v) provide coverage on a worldwide basis (subject only to such geographical limits as may be imposed by the hull, war and allied perils insurance) and (vi) be endorsed to include provisions identical to those contained in clauses (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), and (9) of Section 9(b).
War-Risk Insurance. If at any time (a) war-risk insurance is maintained by Lessee or any Permitted Sublessee subleasing the Aircraft or any Engine with respect to other aircraft operated by Lessee or such Permitted Sublessee on the same or similar routes, or (b) the Aircraft is operated on routes where the custom in the SALE AND LEASE AGREEMENT 30 commercial airline industry is to carry war-risk insurance, then war-risk insurance of the type carried by similarly situated United States commercial air carriers operating the same or comparable models of aircraft on the same or similar routes shall be maintained on the Aircraft in an amount not less than that specified in Section 11.2.1.
War-Risk Insurance. Borrower shall maintain (or cause to be maintained), at no expense to Bank, the following insurance on a worldwide basis (except for Iraq and Kuwait) with insurers of recognized responsibility through nationally recognized insurance brokers, War-Risk and Allied Perils Aviation Hull (including Spare Parts, Engines and Equipment) Insurance on an Agreed Value basis, which shall be not less than the Unpaid Principal Balance. Such policy shall (i) insure against those perils excluded under Borrower's All Risks Hull and Spares policy(ies) by virtue of Lloyd's of London Exclusion Clause AVN.48B ("War, Hijacking and Other Perils Exclusion Clause") or its equivalent (other than paragraph (b) thereof relating to nuclear perils), (ii) provide for payment in U.S. Dollars, (iii) contain a 50/50 clause in accordance with Lloyd's of London Aviation Clause AVS.103 or its equivalent, (iv) be endorsed to include coverage for confiscation, requisition, nationalization, seizure, restraint, detention, appropriation, requisition of title or for use by any governmental authority (except for the government of registry) of the Aircraft, (v) provide coverage on a worldwide basis (subject only to such geographical limits as may be imposed by the hull, war and allied perils insurance) and (vi) be endorsed to include provisions identical to those contained in clauses (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9) of Section 7.1(b).
War-Risk Insurance. Unless otherwise agreed between Genesis and the Servicer, war risk hull and liability insurance in respect of the MSA Aircraft Assets shall be maintained in a manner which is substantially consistent with the practices of the Servicer . War-Risk Insurance. Article 38 The employer shall insure itself with the ‘Vereniging Zeerisico 1967’ against the risk of accidents as meant in the ‘Act for War Risk Regulation 1967’. The premiums for this insurance are entirely for the account of the employer. * At this point in time it is not possible to insure War Risk. Consultations with the government regarding war risk insurance are in progress. This article has been decommissioned until further notice.

War-Risk Insurance. The Contractor shall provide all War Risk Insurance required pursuant to the Contract, but the cost of this insurance shall be reimbursed by the Authority to the Contractor at cost, such payment to be made within 30 (Thirty) days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Contractor.
War-Risk Insurance. NPM MGMT will maintain War Risk and Allied Risk Perils Insurance including all coverage or limits outlined under aviation regulations of the countries where operations may occur or as provided by the United States Government.
