Waste and Debris Disposal. Section 4 of the lease is hereby amended to include the following:

Waste and Debris Disposal. Onsite refuse disposal is prohibited. All waste generated during construction, operation, and termination activities under this EA shall be removed and disposed of at an offsite DEC-approved disposal facility. Until the waste can be removed from the site, it must be stored in a manner to prevent attracting wildlife.
