Waste Carts. Contractor shall provide one (1) 65-gallon two-wheeled cart for all Acceptable Waste, and one (1) 65-gallon two-wheeled cart for all Recyclables to every Residential account as part of the monthly service. Each Residential account will have the right to request a different two-wheeled cart size (95-gallon, 65-gallon, and 35-gallon) for refuse or recycling collection services during the term of the Agreement at no charge to the resident. Residents shall have the option to rent additional refuse and recycling carts and will be charged a rental fee of $2.35 per cart per month by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain ownership of the carts and will be responsible for delivery as well as maintenance, repair, and/or replacement of the carts if the carts are damaged through normal wear and tear or are stolen. If a cart is stolen, a police report shall be required as proof of theft prior to the replacement of the cart at no cost to the resident. Only after the two-wheeled carts have been fully utilized may residents place additional approved containers out for collection.

Waste carts will be available in three different sizes for the convenience of customers. Only after the two-wheeled cart has been fully utilized may residents place additional approved containers out for collection. Residents shall have the option of renting additional waste carts at a cost per-month, per- cart fee as established by the Contractor.

  • Waste Disposal Tenant shall store its waste either inside the Premises or within outside trash enclosures that are fully fenced and screened in compliance with all Private Restrictions, and designed for such purpose. All entrances to such outside trash enclosures shall be kept closed, and waste shall be stored in such manner as not to be visible from the exterior of such outside enclosures. Tenant shall cause all of its waste to be regularly removed from the Premises at Tenant’s sole cost. Tenant shall keep all fire corridors and mechanical equipment rooms in the Premises free and clear of all obstructions at all times.

  • Indoor Air Quality The Employer shall ensure a healthful air quality and attempt to ensure comfortable air temperature in buildings it owns and in space that it leases.

  • Air Transportation In accordance with the standard provision entitled International Air Transportation, any international travel requires prior written approval from the FHI360 contracts administrator.

  • Safety Glasses 10.3.1 Where a teacher is considered to be working in an “eye danger” area, the teacher shall receive a personal issue of standard neutral safety glasses which shall remain the property of the employer.

  • Solid Waste Management General. The Airport is required by city ordinance to achieve a solid waste recycling rate of 75% by 2012 and 100% by 2020. Tenants are required to cooperate with the Airport to maximize the rate of solid waste recycling and source separation. Airport’s Work. The Airport will supply specially designed solid waste containers for depositing paper, bottles and cans, and general trash in the public areas of the terminal including Tenant public areas. The Airport will provide waste containers for public disposal of food waste and compostable serviceware in the vicinity of Food and Beverage leaseholds. Tenant’s Work. Tenants are required to collect the solid waste generated in back offices in containers designated for paper, bottles& cans, and general trash and deposit the content of each container in the designated bins at collection areas. All Food and Beverage Concessions are required to collect food waste and compostable serviceware in separate containers and deposit the contents in designated compostable materials bins at collection areas.

  • Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Contractor understands that HHS does not tolerate any type of fraud, waste, or abuse. Violations of law, agency policies, or standards of ethical conduct will be investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken. Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 321.022, if the administrative head of a department or entity that is subject to audit by the state auditor has reasonable cause to believe that money received from the state by the department or entity or by a client or contractor of the department or entity may have been lost, misappropriated, or misused, or that other fraudulent or unlawful conduct has occurred in relation to the operation of the department or entity, the administrative head shall report the reason and basis for the belief to the Texas State Auditor’s Office (SAO). All employees or contractors who have reasonable cause to believe that fraud, waste, or abuse has occurred (including misconduct by any HHS employee, Grantee officer, agent, employee, or subcontractor that would constitute fraud, waste, or abuse) are required to immediately report the questioned activity to the Health and Human Services Commission's Office of Inspector General. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and System Agency policies regarding fraud, waste, and abuse including, but not limited to, HHS Circular C-027.
