Waste Management and Disposal. All wastes generated by SPFL shall be properly containerized, stored, labeled, manifested, shipped, and disposed of by SPFL in full regulatory compliance at SPFL's expense. Hazardous wastes generated by SPFL shall be manifested, shipped, and disposed of under SPFL's Environmental Protection Agency hazardous waste generator identification number.
