Water Production. A.3.1.1 The CITY obtains its drinking water from xxxxx. A.3.1.2 OMI shall notify the CITY of any pending regulations regarding the requirements for safe drinking water that may require a study or construction of new capital equipment. A.3.1.3 OMI shall provide a written action plan for monitoring and operating the water production system by October 1, 2010 and as updated thereafter. A.3.1.4 The water must be tested and chlorine residuals maintained throughout the CITY. Additionally, the water must be sampled and confirmed acceptable for consumption per state and federal requirements. OMI to ensure testing is being performed. A.3.1.5 OMI has no responsibility for the quality of water received from the xxxxx, but is responsible for providing additional treatment to allow safe drinking water being delivered to customers, if such is possible using equipment and chemical treatment systems provided by the CITY. A.3.1.6 OMI shall operate, maintain, and repair the CITY’s municipal water xxxxx, booster pumps, pressure reducing valves, and all equipment necessary to produce safe drinking water for the customers of the CITY’s water utilities. OMI shall ensure that all water produced for drinking shall meet or exceed all federal, state, and local laws regulating the quality of safe drinking water through regular and required laboratory analysis. OMI shall be responsible for reporting in writing to the CITY and through the annual budget process, any and all major maintenance and capital improvements needed to provide a safe and sufficient supply of water for all current and planned customers. OMI shall provide properly certified employees as required by federal, state, and local laws to provide leadership of crews for proper decision making in performing their tasks. A.3.1.7 OMI shall operate, manage and perform minor maintenance repairs on the CITY’s water xxxxx and water storage tanks and shall immediately notify the CITY when specialized maintenance, repairs, rework or abandonment appear to be required, and will coordinate repairs on the CITY’s behalf. A.3.1.8 OMI shall annually flow test well meters and repair and replace meters as necessary. A.3.1.9 OMI shall develop and maintain a crew for emergency operations and repairs of all aspects of the Water Distribution System twenty-four hours/seven days a week as needed.

  • Production Lessee shall, subject to applicable laws, regulations and orders, operate and produce all xxxxx upon the leased land so long as the same are capable of producing in paying quantities, and shall operate the same so as to produce at a rate commensurate with the rate of production of xxxxx on adjoining lands within the same field and within the limits of good engineering practice, except for such times as there exist neither market nor storage therefore, and except for such limitations on, or suspensions of, production as may be approved in writing by Lessor. Lessee shall be responsible for adequate site security on all producing properties.

  • Plant The expression ‘Plant’ as used in the tender papers shall mean every temporary accessory necessary or considered necessary by the Engineer to execute, construct, complete and maintain the work and all altered, modified, substituted and additional works ordered in the time and the manner herein provided and all temporary materials and special and other articles and appliance of every sort kind and description whatsoever intended or used therefore.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Minerals The seller’s share of minerals (if any) will NOT transfer with the surface at closing.

  • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time. (b) The Supplier shall not change any process, material, component, packaging or manufacturing location without the Purchaser’s express prior written approval.

  • Recycled Products The Contractor agrees to comply with all the requirements of Section 6002 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), as amended (42 U.S.C. 6962), including but not limited to the regulatory provisions of 40 CFR Part 247, and Executive Order 12873, as they apply to the procurement of the items designated in Subpart B of 40 CFR Part 247.   • Fuel The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Fabrication Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Transporting Students 1. Employees shall not transport students except in accordance with School Board rules. The Board shall adopt a school board policy outlining the teacher’s and the Board’s responsibilities and liabilities. Said policy shall be included in all school handbooks beginning with the 2004-05 school year. 2. Teachers will not be required to transport pupils to and from activities which take place away from the school grounds.
