WATER/TOILETS. The state will respond promptly to complaints from employees that drinkable water or functioning toilet facilities are unavailable at office buildings or institutions. Such responses shall include reasonable accommodations for personnel with medical problems impacted by such factors and other bargaining unit personnel, as for example, permission to leave the facility for reasonable periods of time without charge to accumulated leave balances.
