WEDDING REHEARSAL. Client may hold a one-hour daytime rehearsal (before 5:00 pm) to occur up to one (1) week prior to Event at no charge. In order to honor the exclusivity of other client Events, the exact time for the Wedding Rehearsal time cannot be scheduled until 30- days prior to the Event. Availability is based solely at the discretion of The Xxxx House. Rehearsals can be scheduled after 5:00 pm and/or for more than one hour for an additional fee (see Wedding Event Pricing list). This amount will be due upon receipt of invoice.
WEDDING REHEARSAL. All rentals including a wedding ceremony will be offered a complimentary 1 hour rehearsal time which must be scheduled with the Aquarium Events Coordinator no later than 30 days prior to the rental date. The rehearsal must begin by 5 p.m.
WEDDING REHEARSAL. Wedding rehearsals are not included in the event fees. Wedding rehearsal will need to be arranged with the Building Manager and are limited to one rehearsal for an additional fee of $95.00 Renter’s Responsibility Renters are responsible for enforcing the following rules and regulations with the guests. Renters are responsible for the decorations and entertainment. Renters are responsible for arranging their own food, beverage, and alcohol servers. Renters will furnish their own supplies. Xxxxxx agrees to be solely and completely responsible for the condition of the facility and to leave the building and grounds in a neat and clean condition without damage. Security/Cleaning Deposit A $300 security/cleaning deposit is due upon entering the agreement. The deposit is refundable under the conditions listed below and will be returned by mail.

WEDDING REHEARSAL. All rehearsals must be done on the day of the contracted rental and may be no earlier than the agreed upon start time of the event, unless Client has rented additional time the day prior to the rental as provided within this policy. • Clients are required to sign a contract with an industry professional to do all outlined planner duties in regard to events. • A minimum of a month of event planner or event management company is required for all wedding rentals, regardless of wedding size. • A minimum of a day of event planner or event management company is required for all event rentals, regardless of event size. • Wedding Planners must be industry professionals and may not be a friend or family member standing in for such role. • All activities surrounding the wedding at Ravenswood Mansion must be managed by the planner, including but not limited to creating and managing all timelines, coordinating and managing guests, vendors, and Clients on the day of the event. • Planner must be present beginning at first vendor load-in, or first guest arrival, whichever occurs first. Planner may not leave until the end of all mansion loadout AND the last guest has departed. • Planners will be required to review the Client’s contract with the City and sign a Planner Agreement acknowledging that they have read and understand their requirements. • Planners will be required to do a venue walk-through with the Event Representative prior to departure. • The City must have a copy of the written agreement with the planner four weeks prior to the event. • A City Representative will be present the day of the event to assist in any aspect tending to the mansion, grounds, etc, but does not serve as the planner.
WEDDING REHEARSAL. Time: FEES 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm You must send the Church a $100 Reservation Fee with this signed contract. If you cancel your wedding or decide to hold it elsewhere, the Church will retain this amount. The Church will treat a change of date as a cancellation. The Church will credit this amount against the other fees due. • Damage Deposit: $500 by a separate check. The Church will apply the Damage Deposit against any damage to its premises or excess costs of cleaning ($50 per hour for any cleaning above ten (10) man-hours for rehearsal and wedding or running over the time limits specified below). The Church will return this check to you if it is not needed. • Wedding Fee: $550 plus the $100 Reservation Fee previously paid ($650 total) for the wedding and up to 10 man-hours of cleaning. Pastor’s Fee: $100 by a separate check payable to the Pastor if you use our Pastor.

Rehearsal Dinners are permitted to be held in the Café, Evergreen Gathering (first or second floor) or a Gathering Room in the Gymnasium, under separate agreement. Discounts may apply for Customers contracting with Skyline Resort for their main Reception Venue. Skyline Resort does not accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of any articles or property left at Skyline Resort prior to, during or after the event. The Customer(s) agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the Skyline Resort Complex by the Customer(s), his guests, invitees, employees or other agents under the Customer(s) control. Further, Skyline Resort shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind or character to any person or property caused by or arising from an act or omission of the Customer(s), or any of his guests, invitees, employees or other agents from any accident or casualty occasioned by the failure of the Customer(s) to maintain the premises in a safe condition or arising from any other cause, The Customer(s), as a material part of the consideration of this agreement, hereby waives on its behalf all claims and demands against Skyline Resort for any such loss, damage, or injury of claims and demands against Skyline Resort for any such loss, damage, or injury of the Customer(s), and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Skyline Resort free and harmless from all liability of any such loss, damage or injury to her persons, and from all costs and expenses arising there from, including but not limited to attorney fees. The performance of this agreement by Skyline Resort is subject to acts of God, war, government regulations or advisory, disaster, fire, accident or other casualty, strikes or threats of strikes, labor disputes, civil disorder, acts and/or threats of terrorism, or curtailment of transportation services or facilities, or similar cause beyond the control of Skyline Resort. Should the event be cancelled through a Force Majeure event, all fees paid by Customer to Skyline Resort will be returned to Customer within thirty (30) days or Skyline Resort will allow for the event to be rescheduled, pending availability, with no penalty, and there shall be no further liability between the parties.
