Travel The Executive shall undertake such travel as may be necessary and desirable to promote the business and affairs of the Company, consistent with the Executive’s position and duties with the Company.
Air Travel The Buyers will reimburse the Seller for the transportation costs of the Seller's instructors in confirmed business class or in confirmed coach class, where business class is not available, to and from the Buyers' designated training site and the Seller's training center.
Restaurants, Bars, Machines, Other Income All monies received in connection with bar, restaurant, banquet and similar and other services at the Hotel (other than amounts due from any guest and included in room rentals) prior to the close of business for each such operation for the night in which the Cutoff Time occurs shall belong to Seller, and all other receipts and revenues (not previously described in this Section 12.1) from the operation of any department of the Hotel shall be prorated between Seller and Buyer at Closing.

Business Travel, Lodging, etc Employer shall reimburse Executive for reasonable travel, lodging, meal and other reasonable expenses incurred by him/her in connection with his/her performance of services hereunder upon submission of evidence, satisfactory to Employer, of the incurrence and purpose of each such expense and otherwise in accordance with Employer’s business travel reimbursement policy applicable to its senior executives as in effect from time to time.
Holidays Whenever payment of a Loan to be made or taken hereunder shall be due on a day which is not a Business Day such payment shall be due on the next Business Day (except as provided in Section 4.2 [Interest Periods]) and such extension of time shall be included in computing interest and fees, except that the Loans shall be due on the Business Day preceding the Expiration Date if the Expiration Date is not a Business Day. Whenever any payment or action to be made or taken hereunder (other than payment of the Loans) shall be stated to be due on a day which is not a Business Day, such payment or action shall be made or taken on the next following Business Day, and such extension of time shall not be included in computing interest or fees, if any, in connection with such payment or action.
Vacations During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to four weeks of vacation per calendar year, to be taken at such times and intervals as shall be determined by the Executive, subject to the reasonable business needs of the Company. The Executive may not accumulate or carry over from one calendar year to another any unused, accrued vacation time. The Executive shall not be entitled to compensation for vacation time not taken.
Trash Tenant shall not allow anything to be placed on the outside of the Building, nor shall anything be thrown by Tenant out of the windows or doors, or down the corridors, elevator shafts, or ventilating ducts or shafts of the Building. All trash shall be placed in receptacles provided by Tenant on the Premises or in any receptacles provided by Landlord for the Building.
Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers.
Lodging It is understood that Sonics will work with the TI project manager to ensure Sonics is receiving TI’s special rates at certain major hotels.
