Common use of Weeks Clause in Contracts

Weeks. Employees who have completed 5 years of accredited service with the Company will be granted three (3) weeks of vacation at their basic rate of pay.

Weeks. Employees who have completed 5 25 years of accredited service with the Company will be granted three five (35) weeks of vacation at their basic rate of pay.

Weeks. Employees who have completed 5 15 years of accredited service with the Company will be granted three four (34) weeks of vacation at their basic rate of pay.
