Common use of Weeks Clause in Contracts

Weeks. 11:01 Each employee who has completed one (1) year's continuous service in the employ of the Company and has worked a minimum of one thousand (1,000) hours for the Company during this period shall be entitled to two (2) consecutive weeks vacation with pay equal to two (2) full weeks straight time pay at the employee's regular rate, or four percent (4%) of annual gross earnings, whichever is the greater.
