Common use of Welder Clause in Contracts

Welder. The duties of the Welder shall include, but not be limited to the welding and fabrication of detailed metal scenic elements. It is understood that minor metal fabrication/welding that includes fabricating simple hangers/fasteners, or cutting and assembling pipe and key clamp structures shall not require a welder if of limited scale.
