Well Information. Attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “J” are Centurion’s geological requirements. Ellora will provide EXXI in writing with its current geological requirements prior to commencement of the first well to be drilled pursuant to this Agreement. EXXI will rely upon such geological requirements for notifications and delivery of all well information to Centurion and to Ellora, and such shall be applicable to all xxxxx drilled hereunder. Should there be a conflict between Sections 8.01 and 8.02 (or the information provided pursuant to Section 8.02), Section 8.02 shall govern. Centurion and Ellora may update their respective geological requirements unilaterally at any time by providing EXXI with written notification of a substitution therefor. As soon as is practical and within a reasonable time of EXXI’s receipt of such written notification of substitution, EXXI will use its best efforts to revise its notifications and delivery of well information to Centurion and/or to Ellora.
Well Information. During Laramie's operations, Laramie shall promptly furnish to each of Dejour and Brownstone, at no cost to Dejour/Brownstone, the following information pertaining to the Initial Earning Well and any Additional Earning Well drilled by Laramie on the Farmout Lands:
(a) Written notice of the time and date on which the well is spudded.
(b) A daily drilling report showing all formations encountered and the depths at which those formations were encountered during the immediately preceding day, and the well operations conducted during the immediately preceding day.
(c) Written reports on all cuttings and cores taken in the well, along with representative samples of the cuttings and cores if requested by Dejour or Brownstone.
(d) Reasonable advance notice of any production tests, pressure tests, cores and logs to be run in the well so that Dejour/Brownstone may witness the operations. Written report of such operations, when they are completed, shall be furnished to Dejour and to Brownstone.
(e) Copies of all reports and other forms filed with any federal, state or local governmental authority concerning the well.
(f) A complete copy of the driller's log and a complete copy of all electrical logs (if such logs are run), on a scale of not less than 2 inches per 100 feet, from the bottom of the surface casing to the total depth of the well.
(g) Copies of all fluid analyses and other reports or information obtained with respect to the well.
(h) If any Earning Well is completed as a well capable of production, Laramie shall, within 60 days of that completion, furnish Dejour/Brownstone with a full and detailed statement of all costs of drilling, equipping and completing that well.
Well Information. Lessee shall furnish Lessor the information and data described on and shall otherwise comply with the provisions of, the Geological Requirements attached as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
Well Information. Lessee agrees to forthwith furnish Lessor, upon written request, with copies of all drilling logs, electrical logs, cores and core records and other information pertaining to all xxxxx drilled by lessee either on the leased premises or acreage pooled therewith, when requested to do so. Any such information shall remain confidential as required by statute.
Well Information. For the drilling of any well in a Program, the proposing Party will furnish, without cost to the non-proposing party, copies of all drilling reports, logs, drillstem test data and interpreted geological and geophysical maps relevant to the proposal. In addition, the proposing Party must furnish the following: • Authorization of Expenditure (“AFE”), the amount of which shall be comparable to the cost of drilling similar wxxxx in the area; • Drilling and geological prognosis for the proposed well; • Title opinion for the drillsite, or like title information; and • All farmouts, farmins and other contracts taken in support of a Program. The above information is referred to as the “Well Information.” If the non-proposing Party has not received all of the Well Information, the 90 day time period for electing to participate in the proposed Program will not start to run until all the Program information is received by the non-Proposing Party.
Well Information. Assignee or its representatives shall have access at its own risk and at all times to the location and xxxxxxx floor during the drilling of any well hereunder. Assignee shall further be entitled to all information concerning any well drilled hereunder and the Leases unless any such party is nonconsent or is delinquent in the payment of its joint interest xxxxxxxx to Operator for a period greater than sixty (60) days, in which event Operator at its sole option may withhold any information to such delinquent party.
Well Information. During the drilling of any well hereunder, the Parties (and their duly authorized representatives) shall have access at their own risk and liability to the well location and dxxxxxx floor. Operator shall provide Seller with copies of all well information in its possession and requested by Seller including, but not limited to, drilling permits, surveyor’s location plats, daily drilling reports, logs, cores, testing data, completion data, production data, and plugging records regarding any well drilled hereunder. Prior to the spudding of the test well, Participant agrees to furnish progress reports every thirty (30) days on those efforts set out under Article 13. K below and the efforts on the permitting of the well, location work and other related pre-drilling activities, with governmental agencies with jurisdiction and approval authority,
Well Information. Each party shall furnish the other party with daily drilling reports, logs, DST results, results of other tests performed, and production reports on any well it drills under this Agreement.
Well Information. Newfield will be afforded all well information, inclusive of logs, cores, production reports, and any other data that may be prepared or taken in conjunction with the A-4 Well, or its Substitute Well. Newfield's well requirement sheet is attached hereto as Exhibit "E".
Well Information. If so requested, Operator shall promptly furnish the non- operators, at no cost to the non-operators, the following information pertaining to all wxxxx drilled within the Contract Area:
i. Written notice of the exact time and date on which the well is spudded.
ii. A daily drilling report showing all formations encountered and the depths at which those formations were encountered during the immediately preceding day, and the well operations conducted during the immediately preceding day.
iii. Written reports on all cuttings and cores taken in the well.
iv. Reasonable advance notice of any drill stem tests, production tests, pressure tests, cores and logs to be run in the well so that any Party desiring to do so may witness the operations. Written reports of such operations, when they are completed, shall be furnished to all Parties.
v. Copies of all reports and other forms filed with any federal, state, tribal or local governmental authority concerning the well.
vi. A complete copy of the driller's log and a complete copy of all well logs in hard copy format and in digital pdf file format as well as in las file format.
