The Welsh Government, or its authorised officer, shall support the handling of any complaints or issues relating to the service which cannot be resolved in accordance with 5.4.

  • Department Responsibilities The use of sick leave may properly be denied if these procedures are not followed. Abuse of sick leave on the part of the employee is cause for disciplinary action.
