WHAT OTHER TERMS APPLY TO OUR RELATIONSHIP. Closing the Account You may close your Account at any time by notifying us either in writing at the address shown on your billing statement or by phone at the number provided on your billing statement. We will not honor any Convenience Check or authorize any transactions after your Account is closed. We may close your Account or terminate your credit privileges at any time for any reason, subject to applicable law. If we do so, you may not use your Card or any checks we have issued. In either case, You remain responsible for any balance on your Account, which will continue to accrue Interest Charges and fees and remain subject to all terms of this Agreement. Privacy The Popular, Inc. (our holding company) Privacy Notice explains how we collect and share your information. Communications We may send Cards, billing statements, and other communications to you at any mailing or email address in our records. We may also send an email to any address where we reasonably believe we can contact you. By providing a telephone number for a cellular telephone, other wireless device, or a landline number that is later converted to a wireless device, you are expressly consenting to receiving communications at that number, including, but not limited to, prerecorded or artificial voice message calls, text messages, and calls made by an automatic telephone dialing system from Banco Popular and its affiliates, agents or assigns. If the wireless device is not registered in your name, you represent that you are its primary user and have the authority to provide this consent. This express consent applies to each such telephone number that you provide to us now or in the future and permits such calls regardless of their purpose. Some of the legal purposes for calls and messages include: suspected fraud or identity theft, obtaining information; transaction on or servicing of the Account; collecting on the Account, and providing you information about product and services. These calls and messages may incur access fees from your cellular provider. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information using the address or phone number shown on your billing statement. Telephone Monitoring We may listen to and record your telephone calls with us. Credit Information We may obtain and review your credit history or other information about you from credit reporting agencies and others, including in connection with the processing, establishment, servicing and collection ...

  • INCOME NOT EXPRESSLY MENTIONED Items of income of a resident of a Contracting State which are not expressly mentioned in the foregoing Articles of this Agreement shall be taxable only in that Contracting State except that if such income is derived from sources in the other Contracting State, it may also be taxed in that other State.

  • Masculine or Feminine Gender Unless otherwise specifically stated, any provision in this Agreement which is expressed in terms of the masculine shall, in its application to a female employee, be read with the necessary changes to express the feminine, and vice versa.

  • Feminine/Masculine Pronouns Wherever the feminine pronoun is used in this Agreement, it includes the masculine pronoun and vice versa where the context so requires.

  • NOUNS AND PRONOUNS Whenever the context may require, any pronouns used herein shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine or neuter forms, and the singular form of nouns and pronouns shall include the plural and vice-versa.

  • CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE This Agreement shall be sufficient evidence of the matters specified herein and may be produced in court as evidence of the matters specified herein without the need to call for further or other evidence.

  • Use of Masculine Pronoun Whenever a masculine pronoun is used in this Contract, it shall include the feminine gender unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

  • Comprehensive Evaluation The Comprehensive evaluation is a growth-oriented, teacher/evaluator collaborative process that requires teachers to be evaluated on the eight (8) state criteria. A teacher must complete a Comprehensive evaluation once every six (6) years. Subsequent years they will be evaluated on a Focused evaluation, unless they have received a Basic or Unsatisfactory rating on their final comprehensive summative evaluation. Then they shall continue using the Comprehensive evaluation for the following year. All teachers during their provisional status must be on the Comprehensive evaluation.

  • Singular Includes the Plural; Gender; Title Reference Whenever the singular number is used in this Contract and when required by the context, the same shall include the plural, and the use of any gender, be it masculine, feminine or neuter, shall include all of the genders, and the word “person” or “entity” shall include corporation, firm, partnership, or any other combination or association. The use of the title “Bidder”, “Vendor”, “Contractor” or “Consultant” within this contract or associated bid documents shall be deemed interchangeable and shall refer to the person or entity with whom the City of Sparks is contracting for the service or product referenced within this contract.

  • Headings Not Controlling 2.2.1 The headings and numbering of Sections, Parts, Appendices Schedules and Exhibits to this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be construed to define or limit any of the terms herein or affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.

  • Right to Receive Documentation a. Periodic Statements. Transfers and withdrawals made through any ATM or POS terminal, debit card transactions, audio response transactions, preauthorized EFTs, online/PC transactions, mobile access device transactions or xxxx payments you make will be recorded on your periodic statement. You will receive a statement monthly unless there is no transaction in a particular month. In any case, you will receive a statement at least quarterly.
