When Holiday Falls on Non-Working Day. If a statutory or public holiday falls on a non-working day, the Employer may declare that the working day immediately preceding the holiday or the working day immediately following the holiday shall be observed in lieu of the said holiday.

When Holiday Falls on Non-Working Day. If Subject to the provisions of Article 24.07, should a statutory or public holiday falls be observed on a day that is a non-working dayday for an employee, the Employer may declare that the working day immediately preceding the such employee shall be given a holiday with pay at some other time not later than their next annual vacation, or the working day immediately following the holiday shall be observed in lieu termination of the said holidaytheir employment whichever first occurs.
