Where Boxing Day falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, 28th December shall be observed as the public holiday in lieu of the prescribed day.

Where Boxing Day falls on a Monday and the holiday is observed on Tuesday, an employee working on the day observed as the holiday shall be paid, in addition to holiday pay, time and one-half for the time worked.

  • Boxing Day If another Federal, Provincial or Municipal holiday should be proclaimed during the term of this Agreement, such additional proclaimed holiday will replace one of the above-named holidays as agreed by the parties.
