Where the Chief Executive Officer and the employee cannot agree about the arrangements for recovery of an overpayment, the overpayment will be recovered in accordance with an arrangement as determined by the Chief Executive Officer under section 246 of the PSM Act.

Where the Chief Executive Officer employs a person under the provisions of this Section, reasonable steps to make changes in the workplace will be taken to enhance the employee’s capacity to do the job. Changes may involve re-design of job duties, working arrangements and work organisation in consultation with other employees in the work area.
