Where Xxx. Xxx has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Xxx.Xxx. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will make alternative arrangements available to Xxx.Xxx (e.g. hairpinning).
Where Xxx. Xxx has reserved multiple Loop facilities on a single reservation, Xxx.Xxx may not specify which facility shall be provisioned when submitting the LSR. For those occasions, BellSouth will assign to Xxx.Xxx, subject to availability, a facility that meets the BellSouth technical standards of the BellSouth type Loop as ordered by Xxx.Xxx.
Where Xxx. Xxx purchases unbundled local switching from BellSouth but does not use the BellSouth CIC for its End Users’ LPIC, BellSouth will consider as local those direct dialed telephone calls that originate from a Xxx.Xxx End User and terminate within the basic local calling area or within the extended local calling areas and that are dialed using seven (7) or ten (10) digits as defined and specified in Section A3 of BellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariffs (GSST). For such local calls, BellSouth will charge Xxx.Xxx the UNE elements for the BellSouth facilities utilized. Intercarrier compensation for local calls between BellSouth and Xxx.Xxx shall be as described in BellSouth’s UNE Local Call Flows set forth on BellSouth’s website.
Where Xxx xx has failed to pay an undisputed invoice (or the undisputed element of an invoice) and the due date has passed, and the Supplier has notified the customer in writing 10 working days in advance,
Where Xxx. Xxx is purchasing a UNE-port and a UNE-loop, BellSouth shall offer line splitting pursuant to the following sections in this Attachment.
