Work Done Outside Normal Working Hours and Outside the Workplace. Where the University approves and assigns overtime work, as defined in Article 26.06 above, and such approved and assigned work is done outside the work place and outside the employee's normal working hours, all approved and assigned hours of work shall be paid at the appropriate overtime rate as outlined in Article 26.07 above.
