Tuition Rebate - Work Related. (1) The University shall maintain a tuition rebate system under which all members of the bargaining unit shall be entitled to reimbursement (rebate) of tuition fees paid by them for courses that are work related attended by them at another educational institution approved by the University and subject to the provisions of Article 28.04(a) above.

  • Tuition Reimbursement Program 21.2.1 The District will fund $28,000 each fiscal year for incentive pay for employees pursuing their National Board Certification, a master’s degree, or an endorsement.

  • Flexible Work Hours Upon request of an authorized employee, the State may establish flexible work hours for a Xxxx 00 employee upon agreement between the employee and the employer. Any flexible work hour schedule shall not exceed thirty (30) days.

  • Tuition Refund Employees wishing to enrol in courses of studies which will better qualify themselves to perform their job, and intending to ask the Employer to refund the cost of such course(s), must make application to the Employer prior to taking the course(s). Enrollment in the DCRA is at the discretion of each employee. All contributions into the DCRA and related administrative fees shall be paid by employees who are enrolled in the plan. As a qualified Section 129 Plan, the DCRA shall be administered according to the rules and regulations specified for such plans by the Internal Revenue Service.

  • Time Worked For purposes of computing the eight (8) hour day or the forty (40) hour week to determine entitlement to overtime pay, all sick leave, vacation leave, and holidays shall count as time worked to be added to other hours worked.
