Work for Outside Groups. Extra employee work time (beyond the employee’s regular work time), as assigned by the Employer, which results from non-employer groups using school facilities will be paid at the employee’s regular pay rate for that work unless over forty (40) hours per week.

Work for Outside Groups. Non-employer groups who use school facilities shall pay a school employee a minimum of one and one- half (1 1/2) times the employee’s normal hourly rate, with a minimum of two hours. Such group will be responsible for the payment to the employee. School employee’s, at their option, may choose to donate their time.
Work for Outside Groups. Kitchen work generated by non-employer groups who use school facilities shall be handled in accordance with the posting and overtime provisions of Article 13, Section H.
