WORK IN THE RAIN. 39.1 An employee who is required to work in rain heavy enough to wet the cloths of the employee will be required to wear a wet weather jacket and pants that meets the Employer’s standards. The Employer may supply the required wet weather clothing and deduct the cost from the employee’s wages.

The Employer may supply the required wet weather clothing and deduct the cost from replaced when necessary by the employee’s wages.
