Alternative Carers Leave Arrangements. Where an employee has exhausted their entitlement to paid carers leave (10 days per annum) subject to approval by Ergon Energy the employee may take unpaid carer's leave or the following types of leave in the manner prescribed below: Annual Leave An employee may elect, with the consent of Ergon Energy, to take annual leave at a time or times agreed between the parties which may be taken in single day periods or parts thereof in any calendar year at a time or times agreed between the parties. Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) An employee may elect, with the consent of Ergon Energy to take time off in lieu of payment for overtime at a time or times agreed with Ergon Energy to discharge a responsibility to care for or support a person whether personal or not. Overtime taken as time off during ordinary time hours will be taken at the ordinary time rate that is an hour for each hour worked.

During January 2020 and again in January 2021, the Employer will make available two hundred fifty dollars ($250) in a medical flexible spending arrangement (FSA) account for each bargaining unit member represented by a Union in the Coalition described in RCW 41.80.020(3), who meets the criteria in Subsection 28.7(B) below.

  • Additional Benefits/Card Enhancements The Credit Union may from time to time offer additional services to your account, such as travel accident insurance, at no additional cost to you.
