Common use of Work of Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Work of Bargaining Unit. Persons whose jobs are not in the bargaining unit shall not work on any jobs which are included in the bargaining unit, except for the purpose of instruction, experimenting, in emergencies, when regular employees are not available, unforeseen incidental duties and provided that performing of the aforementioned practice itself does not reduce the normal hours of work or pay of any employee in the bargaining unit.
