Work on Fixed Holidays. 1. An employee who is scheduled to work on a fixed holiday will receive holiday pay up to the number of hours the employee is scheduled to work, in addition to all hours worked. Specifically: a. A full-time employee will receive holiday pay at their regular base rate, in addition to all hours worked at their premium overtime rate. b. A three-quarter time employee will receive holiday pay at their regular base rate, in addition to all hours worked at their regular overtime rate. c.
