Work on Fixed Holidays. 1. An employee who is scheduled to work on a fixed holiday will receive holiday pay up to the number of hours the employee is scheduled to work, in addition to all hours worked. Specifically: a. A full-time employee will receive holiday pay at their regular base rate, in addition to all hours worked at their premium overtime rate. b. A three-quarter time employee will receive holiday pay at their regular base rate, in addition to all hours worked at their regular overtime rate. c. A half-time employee will receive holiday pay at their regular base rate, in addition to all hours worked at their regular overtime rate. 2. An employee who is not scheduled to work on a fixed holiday will receive the following: a. A full-time employee will receive eight hours of holiday pay at their regular base rate, in addition to all hours worked at their premium overtime rate. b. A three-quarter time employee will receive six hours of holiday pay at their regular base rate, in addition to all hours worked at their regular overtime rate. c. A half-time employee will receive four hours of holiday pay at their regular base rate, in addition to all hours worked at their regular overtime rate.
