Common use of WORK OUTSIDE OF EMPLOYMENT Clause in Contracts

WORK OUTSIDE OF EMPLOYMENT. Whilst employed by the Company, the Employee may not take up work with another employer without the Company’s approval. The Company will not withhold its approval unless it is satisfied that the additional work would interfere with the employee’s capacity to perform their work safely, legally and efficiently or that it would adversely affect the interests of the Company. The Employee must advise the Company of the nature and hours of any such proposed external work and of any changes to such work and hours that occur after the Company has given its approval.
