RATES OF PAY AND FREQUENCY OF PAYMENT. During the employment period, the employee will be paid a Standard Hourly rate, according to their Classification as outlined in Annexure One – Standard Pay Rates and Allowances attached to this Agreement. The Standard Rate per Hour includes a loading for public holidays (including any penalty rates), reasonable additional hours (including any relevant penalties) and all relevant allowances. The rate does not include any pre-payment for annual leave or personal/carer’s leave. These rates are based on a standard 38 hour week and will be paid weekly in arrears. This rate represents payment for all qualifications, skills and experience held by the employee to perform all duties that are reasonably requested of the employee by the employer. • Hours worked which exceed the standard thirty eight (38) hours per week will be payable at the standard rate regardless of the day or time of day worked. • The employer will record the hours worked and check the hours worked each pay day. • This section does not apply to call-outs, stand-by or public holiday provisions, which are dealt with elsewhere in this agreement. • There will be no additional payment above the standard rate for annual leave. • Pay slips giving details of earnings and deductions will be issued with each pay. Pay net of deductions will be credited by the employer directly into your nominated bank account. • Pay days will be on Thursday each week.

RATES OF PAY AND FREQUENCY OF PAYMENT. The employee’s wage will be as per the Rates of Pay Schedule A. The employee shall be paid weekly in arrears. In addition all reasonable additional hours worked by the employee will be paid as per the rates table in Schedule A. The employee(s) and the employer intend that this provision excludes the operation of protected conditions dealing with penalty rates, overtime and shift allowances.

  • RATES OF PAYMENT B3.1 Current Contract Rates. Included Timber that is removed by Purchaser and presented for Scaling in the product form stated in A2 shall be paid for at Current Contract Rates determined under this Section. “Current Contract Rates” shall be (a) Flat Rates and (b) Tentative Rates adjusted by the escalation procedures in B3.2. Flat Rates and Tentative Rates shall be those listed in A4, unless superseded by rates redetermined under B3.3 or established for Contract Term Extension. In the event Termination Date is adjusted under B8.21 or B8.212, Current Contract Rates shall be contin- ued in the same manner as immediately prior to the ad- justment period. Notwithstanding B8.23, Current Contract Rates for timber cut and removed from Sale Area that remains un- scaled after Termination Date, as adjusted or extended, shall be Current Contract Rates in effect on Termination Date. “Current Contract Value” is the sum of the products of Current Contract Rates and estimated remaining un- scaled volumes by species of Included Timber meeting Utilization Standards.

  • Premium Rates of Pay (A) Overtime Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1.5) times the appropriate stat holiday rate shall be paid to an employee for all hours of overtime worked on the paid holiday. (Reference Article 27.05 – Overtime Pay Calculation.)

  • Rates of Pay Employees will be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the parties of this agreement. The applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A (Wage Grid) of this agreement.

  • Currency of Payment The contract price will normally be paid in the currency or currencies in which the price has been stated. The purchaser, however, reserves the right to make payments in the currencies of the countries of origin of goods and services at the exchange rates applicable at the time of payment of the contract price.

  • TERMS OF PAYMENT 16.1 The Supplier shall request for payment by submitting invoice(s), delivery note(s) and any other relevant documents as specified in the SCC to the Procuring Entity.

  • Evidence of Payments As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
