Work Outside Switching Limits. 107.2 Locomotive engineers called to perform yard service within switching limits shall not be used in road service when road engineers are available except in cases of emergency. Locomotive engineers used in road service under conditions just referred to, shall be paid a minimum of 1 hour, in addition to the regular yard pay, and without any deduction therefrom for the time consumed in road service.
