WORK PERFORMED IN HIGHER CLASSIFICATION. A. An employee assigned in writing to perform the duties in classification level Maintenance and Operations Crew Supervisor, Plant Operator Supervisor, or Electrician Supervisor or above for five (5) consecutive work days (or more) will be paid, for each hour the employee performs work or uses leave in the higher classification, a five percent (5%) premium pay for out-of-class work, or the minimum step of the salary range for the approved classification, whichever is greater; provided:
