WORK PERMITS AND VISAS. PURCHASER shall provide and pay for all work visas or other permits as required by law or governmental agencies in order for ARTIST to perform the engagement. ARTIST shall provide, in a timely manner, all information requested by PURCHASER for the application process. PURCHASER must inform and request all subsequent application materials from ARTIST sixty (60) days from contracted engagement date. Conditioned on ARTIST"S prompt attention to PURCHASER'S request for information, if PURCHASER fails to secure visas or permits thirty (30) days prior to the ARTIST'S scheduled departure for the country/city of the engagements, ARTIST shall not be required to attempt such travel, and PURCHASER shall remain liable to ARTIST for the full fee herein provided (and provided in any other agreements with ARTIST) and any amounts otherwise payable as a matter of law.
WORK PERMITS AND VISAS. Purchaser shall be solely responsible for procuring and paying for, at no cost to Artist, all work permits and visas required for the engagement. Failure to procure such work permits and visas or provide necessary documentation to obtain them will be deemed a material breach of this Agreement, and Artist (i) will be relieved of any further obligations Artist may have pursuant to this Agreement; (ii) shall have the right to retain all monies previously paid by Purchaser; and (iii) shall be entitled to exercise all rights and remedies otherwise available to Artist at law, in equity or otherwise as if Artist has fully performed all obligations under this Agreement. Artist agrees to provide all personal information reasonably required in order to enable Purchaser to procure such work permits and visas. CONFIDENTIALITY: Purchaser understands and agrees that no information regarding show grosses or attendance will be reported to any third party without the express prior written permission of Artist or Artist's representative. Failure to comply will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement, and Artist reserves all rights and remedies available to Artist at law, in equity or otherwise. Under no circumstance is Purchaser to announce or advertise the engagement without the prior written approval of Artist or Artist's representative.
WORK PERMITS AND VISAS. TCS will make commercially reasonable efforts (including financial responsibility where Xxxxxxx had financial responsibility prior to the Effective Date) for managing the process of obtaining and completing any applications for work permits or visas required by any Transitioned Employees in connection with their employment with TCS or following the Employment Effective Date and/or maintaining work permits or visas in effect as of the Employment Effective Date. TCS also shall be responsible for completion of Forms I-9 for Transitioned Employees in the United States. TCS’ offer of employment may be subject to the availability of transfer of such individual’s visa (or an appropriate replacement thereof) and the continued availability of such visa.
WORK PERMITS AND VISAS. PURCHASER agrees to procure, at PURCHASER’S sole expense, for ARTISTS and company, all necessary visas, work permits, and other documents of any nature whatsoever necessary, or usually obtained to enable ARTISTS to render its services hereunder.

The Mortgage Loan requires the related Mortgagor to be qualified to do business in the jurisdiction in which the related Mortgaged Property is located and for the Mortgagor and the Mortgaged Property to be in compliance in all material respects with all regulations, zoning and building laws.

  • Permits, Licenses, Etc Each of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries possesses all permits, licenses, patents, patent rights or licenses, trademarks, trademark rights, trade names rights, and copyrights which are material to the conduct of its business. Each of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries manages and operates its business in accordance with all applicable Legal Requirements except where the failure to so manage or operate could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Change; provided that this Section 4.14 does not apply with respect to Environmental Permits.
