Common use of Work Week and Work Day Clause in Contracts

Work Week and Work Day. (a) The work week shall consist of 7 consecutive calendar days starting and ending at midnight on a day designated by the Company, or the starting or quitting time of the “scheduled” shift that overlaps midnight on the day so designated, as determined by the Company.
